- What do I actually receive?
- A Library collection is 27 transparent PNG clipart files plus 3 bonus coordinated 5×7 frames — 30 PNGs in one ZIP. The Clip It Tool delivers the individual transparent PNGs it can cleanly separate from the artwork board you upload, packaged as one ZIP.
- How does Custom Art work?
- Custom Art is $19.99 one time and is made by hand. You tell us the theme, colours and what you need it for, we confirm the brief with you, and then we create the collection and deliver it privately. It is not generated automatically.
- Are the frames something I choose?
- No. The 3 frames are a BONUS. Every collection comes with three coordinated 5×7 frames that match it. You don’t pick or approve frame designs.
- Why are the previews watermarked?
- The clean artwork stays private until payment is verified. What you see before checkout is a reduced, watermarked preview so you can judge the style without unlocking the production files.
- Is the Clip It Tool plan the same thing as buying clipart?
- No — they are separate purchases. A Library collection is a one-time purchase of finished artwork. A Clip It Tool plan is a monthly allowance for processing artwork boards you already have. You do not need a Tool plan to buy a collection, and a Tool plan does not include any clipart.
- What’s in a Shop Clipart collection?
- Every collection is the same recipe: 27 clipart PNGs + 3 coordinated 5×7 frames = 30 PNGs, delivered as one ZIP. The current launch price is $4.99 per collection.
- Is the Clip It Tool really free?
- Free is $0/month and includes 3 boards every month — no credit card. Upload an artwork board, review any touching pieces, and download a ZIP of individual transparent PNGs. It is a monthly allowance, not unlimited: Pro is $9.99/month for 25 boards and Lifetime is $99 once for 50 boards every month.
- Are the PNGs actually transparent?
- Yes. Delivered files are individual PNG clipart with transparent backgrounds, ready to drop onto printables, invitations, and classroom materials. Previews may sit on a checkerboard so you can see the transparency.
- Can I use the files commercially?
- Yes! You can use your Clip It & Zip It™ files to create finished products for personal use or for your small business — including printables, invitations, classroom materials, stationery, gifts, print-on-demand products, and other end products you sell. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or give away the original PNG files as standalone clipart, asset packs, or digital resources that allow someone else to extract or reuse the artwork. Your purchase does not include exclusive rights to the artwork, and you may not request or use copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, or other intellectual property you don't have permission to use. - What if something looks wrong?
- Tell us on the Support page. If a file is missing, merged, or clearly not what you purchased, we’ll help make it right.
- Do you keep or resell my custom idea?
- Custom Art briefs are stored privately so we can finish your order. We do not automatically publish or sell customer commissions as premade inventory.
